We can offer NET30 terms through a separate invoicing system. Minimum order of $1000 required. No minimum order is required if you purchase through our wholesale store, linked above. If you need to order through NET30 terms, please contact us and we’ll set up an order.
Supply
We are currently offering our Madison collection of totes and wallets for wholesale opportunities.
Because we work with local suppliers and make everything in-studio, our standard turn-time is 1-2 weeks. If ordering for the holidays, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before the busy season.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are added to each wholesale order during checkout.
We strongly back the quality of our products. Exchanges and refunds are available if a product has a quality issue, and it will be replaced. Buyer is responsible for shipping products back to our studio.
Branding
To ensure an ongoing partnership, retailers carrying Madison Stitch products agree that any Madison Stitch collateral must stay on the products. Collateral includes our wood logos, leather care tags, and story cards. This ensures the proper recognition of the artisans who produce the products. The tags also maintain brand consistency and ensure buyers are aware of product care. It also allows your buyers to access our website to learn about the socio-economic benefits to artisans they have supported.
